1、掌握护理基础理论及有关的医学知识和本病区常见疾病诊治护理原则；

2、有组织指导本病区护理人员业务学习及专科知识与技能培训的能力；

3、责任心强，对工作充满热情，耐心，较强的组织协调能力；

4、具有主管护师、护师以上技术职称。
